  • Carrots 
  • potato
  • green peas
  • tomato sauce
  • hot dog
  • black pepper 
  • garlic

  • Pork liver
  • Pork adobo cutlets 
How to cook
  • saute liver and pork adobo cutlets until brown, set aside the liver 
  • add potato simmer for awhile
  • add carrots and cooked green peas
  • add black pepper, a bit seasoning, bell pepper, tomato sauce and the liver and simmer for awhile do not over cooked it will make the liver stiff.
